Philly gotta huge park system inside its city limits.  This "youn' buck" sign's about 3/4 of a mile from my house.

Passing by life 'n death: the joyous future hope portrayed on this highway billboard stands in stark contrast . . .

. . . to the tear-filled hope still seeking justice, as portrayed on this one.

Lives statistically harder, shorter, meaner and poorer.
